Deposit Requirements:
A $2,000.00 deposit is required to hold your spot.
Flight Policy:
Flights are based on best flight times and price. We do our best to suit everyone needs, however some flight times are dictated by the airline. All you need to do is arrive in time for your flight. There is a 25KG luggage allowance included for all you gear.
Once your deposit is paid - we will lock in your flight and travel insurance.
Riding Gear:
You need to bringing your own riding gear on most of our rides. It needs to be light so you don't get to hot. Bring a camel pack, and light rain jacket. NO tools.
Remember all you gear counts towards your luggage allowance of 25KG - So, again, pack light and only what is necessary. We suggest placing your helmet as carry on luggage.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is included in the price and will cover you for off-road motor cycle riding. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid motor cycle liciense and an international endorsed license.
Once your deposit is paid - we will lock in your travel insurance.
Refund Policy:
We wish to outline our revised refund policy for the year 2024. Following the payment of the deposit to the bike company and procurement of your flight, we regret to inform you that refunds for these expenditures are not feasible due to the challenging nature of recovering these costs. However, we do offer a buyout option, or alternatively, if you are able to find a suitable replacement, we will endeavour to refund as much as possible, albeit with a potential delay in processing. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
